Abstract: Monofibras de poliolefina, térmicamente unibles, en forma de fibras monocomponente, individuales, que tienen unos valores de tenacidad iguales o mayores a 10 cN/Tex, obtenidas a partir de una composición que comprende un porcentaje del 1%, o superior, de un copolímero aleatorio A) de propileno, con uno o más comonómeros seleccionados de entre -olefinas de la fórmula CH2=CHR, en donde, R, es un radical alquilo C2-C8, siendo, la cantidad de dicho comonómero o comonómeros, de un valor comprendido dentro de unos márgenes que van de un 3% a un 20%, en peso, con respecto al peso total del copolímero aleatorio A), teniendo, el citado copolímero aleatorio A), un valor de la resistencia a la tracción, en el rendimiento productivo, medido según norma ISO R 527, igual o mayor de 24 MPa, o a partir de una composición resultante de la degradación química de la anteriormente citada composición.
