Abstract: FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: compound contains 5-150 g/l of at least one disperser; 50-500 g/l of at least one wetting agent; 0.5-5 g/l of at least one thickener; organic solvent. Epoxycanazol is used as active substance. Anionic disperser is used in an amount of 50-80 g/l. Substance involves at least one block-copolymer containing polyoxypropylene with molar weight of 3,000-3,500 and fragments of ethylene oxide with molar weight balancing total molar weight to 6,000-7,000, and wetting agent with check weight of 1x10 % in distilled water. Method involves preparing suspended concentrate of active substance, dispersers and thickeners; mixing them with wetting agent and solvent; spreading mixture compound in water.
