Abstract: A process for the inhibition of adhesion in a shaft during the introduction of particles is characterized by wetting the walls of the shaft with a liquid film. Independent claims are included for (i) a process for the production of rubber solutions of rubber particles by addition of at least a portion of the solvent together with the rubber particles via a shaft into a dissolution tank whereby the walls of the shaft are wetted with a solvent film; (ii) a device (I) for carrying out the process comprising a freely hanging liquid filled tube (5) arranged along the walls of the shaft (2a, 2b) and having an inlet (6) and outlet (7) openings; and (iii) a device for the dissolution of rubber comprising a rubber comminuting unit having a particle dosing device comprising a perforated disk (3) and rotating knife (4) that are arranged in the shaft (2) of a dissolving tank containing a free hanging device (I).
