    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a moldings having a tight peripheral part and a bubble rear part, by using an aliphatic or ring aliphatic hydrocarbon as a forming agent. CONSTITUTION: In a method, wherein organic polyisocyanato and/or the modified organic polyisocyanato is acted on at least one kind of high molecular compound having at least two reactive hydrogen and occasionally a low molecular chain extending agent and/or a cross linking agent under pressure in a metal mold closed by the existence a foaming agent, a catalyser, and occasionally an assistant agent and/or an additive, an aliphatic or a ring aliphatic alkane or the mixture, of a low boiling point, which has 4∼8 carbon atoms in a molecular, as a forming agent d, is used by 0.5∼10 percentage by weight to the whole weight, so that a tight peripheral has a smooth surface and essentially no gas cavity, and a polyurethane inside foaming body can be given proper mechanical properties.
