Abstract: Leather coated on one side with cellular polyisocyanate/polyaddition product of using a 40% compressed test body of size 40 x 40 x 30 mm, tested at constant deformation, held in a recirculated air cabinet for 22 hours at 80 deg C, withdrawn, held for 2 hours in the compressed state, cooled to room temperature, withdrawn from the test device, and after 10 minutes 30 seconds subjected to height measurement to 0.1 mm accuracy is new. Leather coated on one side with cellular polyisocyanate/polyaddition (CIPA) product of residual pressure deformation of 25% (DIN 53572), using a 40 x 40 x 30 mm test body without a silicone coating, with testing at constant deformation, where the test body is 40% compressed and held in a recirculated air facility for 22 hours at 80 deg C, after withdrawal from the facility the test device is held for 2 hours in the compressed state, cooled to room temperature, and the test body is withdrawn from the test device, and 10 minutes 30 seconds after withdrawal the height of the test body is measured to 0.1 mm accuracy. An Independent claim is also included for: the preparation of the leather involving adhesive bonding of the leather to the CIPA.

Abstract: Pieza compuesta que comprende, en el orden indicado, una capa constituida por un material decorativo (A), una capa constituida por un elastómero de poliadición de poliisocianato (B), celular, con una deformación residual por compresión menor que el 25 % según DIN 53572 (como probeta se utiliza un taco con unas dimensiones de 40 mm x 400 mm x 30 mm, sin pintura de silicona, el ensayo se lleva a cabo bajo deformación constante, manteniéndose la probeta comprimida un 40 % y durante 22 horas a 80ºC en el armario con ventilación de aire, el dispositivo de ensayo se enfría hasta la temperatura ambiente, tras la retirada del armario de calentamiento, durante 2 horas en estado comprimido, a continuación la probeta se retira del dispositivo de ensayo y se mide la altura de la probeta, con una exactitud de 0, 1 mm, al cabo de 10 minutos ñ 30 segundos desde la retirada de la probeta del dispositivo de ensayo) y una capa constituida por un material sintético termoplástico (C), inyectado por la parte posterior, colado por la parte posterior o prensado por la parte posterior.
