    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing adsorbates suitable for huma n or animal nutrition, or for cosmetic applications. According to said method, a component (A) that is to be adsorbed is applied to a supporting material (C) using at least one stabilising agent (B), whereby the average particle size of the supporting material (C) is at least 80 .mu.m, with the proviso that if t he component (A) to be adsorbed is vitamin E, the mixture of (A) and (B) has an HLB value of less than 7 and also with the proviso that if the component (A) to be adsorbed is a fat-soluble vitamin and the stabilising agent (B) is a glyceride, the solidification point of the mixture of (A) and (B) is less th an or equal to 80 ~C. The invention also relates to the use of the adsorbates obtained in such a manner.
