Abstract: An injection needle (1) serving as the feeding member is retained in a gas- or liquid-tight manner in a pipe section (4) branched in a T-like manner and provided with connections (18, 19, 20), and is provided with an orifice (11) in the region of the needle tip (6). Starting from the branching-off pipe section part (5), up to above the needle tip, the injection needle is surrounded by a double jacket (8) which forms an annular chamber (7), is open at the top, and at the tip-side end (10) has an orifice (12) whose distance from the needle tip amounts to at most one filling space height of a vial (14) to be filled.
