Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reutilizable composite material comprising fibers adhered to each other with a polymer binder wherein not only the fibers but also the binder itself can be reutilized for its original production method. SOLUTION: This method for producing a reutilizable fiber composite material uses an aqueous addition polymer dispersion containing an addition polymer fraction capable of forming a coating film at a service temperature in a dispersion state as a binder, wherein the dispersed addition polymer fraction of the aqueous addition polymer contained in the aqueous polymer dispersion and capable of forming the coating films at the service temperature can wholly be converted into an aqueous addition polymer solution, when the pH of the aqueous dispersion medium is changed.
