Abstract: Aqueous, anionic polymer dispersions in which the anionic groups are neutralized with a volatile base and the dispersion contains a non-volatile amino compound with at least 2 amino groups, at least 40% of which are protonated, are used as binders for paints and renderings on substrates exposed to weathering. An Independent claim is also included for a process for applying paints or renderings containing these binders to substrates exposed to weathering.
