Abstract: Method for preparation of amines of general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 are H, C2-20 alkyl, C1-20 alkenyl, C2-20 alkinyl, C3-20 cycloalkyl, C4-20 alkylcycloalkyl, C4-20 cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, C7-20alkylaryl or C7-20 aralkyl, R1 and R2 are together saturated or unsaturated C3-9 alkylene dichain and R3 and R5 C21-200 alkyl, C21-200 alkylene, or together C21-200 alkylene dichain, wherein reacts olefin of general formula (II), wherein R3, R4, R5 and R6 are of the said meaning, with ammonia or primary or secondary amine of general formula (III), wherein R1 and R2 are of the said meaning, under the temperatures 200 to 350 C and pressure 10.0 to 30.0 Mpa in the presence of mesoporous oxide with SiO2 as the main component with the BET surface in the shape of powder 400 to 600 m2g1, wherein the roentgenographic reflexes in the range of angles 2 to 6 2theta, used as a catalyst.

Abstract: A process for preparing amines of the formula (I) where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each hydrogen, C1-C20alkyl, C2-C20alkenyl, C2-C20alkynyl, C3-C20cycloalkyl, C4-C20alkylcycloalkyl, C4-C20cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, C7-C20alkylaryl or C7-C20aralkyl, R1 and R2 are together a saturated or unsaturated C3-C9alkylene dichain, and R3 or R5 is C21-C200alkyl or C21-C200alkenyl or together they are a C2-C12alkylene dichain, by reacting olefins of the formula (II) where R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each as defined above, with ammonia or primary or secondary amines of the formula (III), where R1 and R2 are each as defined above, at temperatures from 200 DEG to 350 DEG C. and pressures from 100 to 300 bar in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst using a heterogeneous catalyst comprising hexagonal faujasite.

Abstract: The novel feature in preparation of amines of formula (I) by reacting olefins of formula (II) with ammonia or H-N(R )(R ) (III) at 200-350 degrees C/100-300 bar is that the heterogeneous catalyst used is a mesoporous oxide of high surface area. R - R = 1-20C alkyl, 2-20C alkenyl or alkynyl, 3-20C cycloalkyl, 4-20C alkyl-cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl-alkyl, aryl, or 7-20C alkaryl or aralkyl; or R and R together form an optionally unsaturated 3-9C alkylene chain; and R and R = also 21-200C alkyl or alkenyl or together form 2-12C alkylene.
