Abstract: Mouldings containing in homogeneous distributions (a) 100 pbw bitumen (penetration 20-200), (b) 1-200 pbw polyethylene, and (optionally (c) up to 50 pbw polyisobutene are prevented from fitting-together with other similar mouldings by having their surfaces coated with an aqueous dispersion containing (I) 20-50 weight % of a finely divided polymerisate consisting of at least 45% of a C1-4 alkylacrylate or a vinylester of a C2-3 alkanecarboxylic acid, and (II) 4-20% of a finely divided mineral material; with the proviso that the weight-percentages (I) + (II) do not exceed 60. The dispersion coating is dried in situ on the surfaces of the moulding (b) may be an 82/18 ethylene/n-butylacrylate copolymer; (I) may be a 70/30 vinylacetate/vinylpropionate copolymer; (II) may be clay.
