Abstract: Copolymerisation of (a) a C8-12 vinylbenzene hyrocarbon; (b) a semi-ester of maleic acid with an aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic C1-12 alcohol and opt. The protective colloid may be PVA. Products are used in mfre. of binders and printing inks.
