    Abstract: Chlorine- and bromine-free flame-resistant thermoplastic moulding compsns. (I) comprise: (A) 40-85.99 pref. 50-85 wt. % at least are halogen-free polycarbonate; (B) 5-25 wt. % at least one halogen-free graft copolymer consisting of: (B1) 40-80 wt. % graft base on rubber-elastic polymers with Tg below 0 deg. C; (b2) 20-60 wt. % graft support of: (B21) 50-95 wt. % styrene or substituted styrene of formula (II): R = 1-8C alkyl, H; R1 = 1-8C alkyl; n = 0-3; or methylmethacrylate or their mixts.; (b22) 5-50 wt. % (meth)acrylonitrile, methylmethacrylate, maleic acid anhydride or their mixts.; (C) 5-40 wt. % halogen-free, thermoplastic copolymer of: (c1) as (b21), (C2) as (b22); (D) 4-20 pref. 4-15 wt. % at least are halogen-free phosphor cpd. of formula (III), where R2, R3, R4 = independently halogen-free 1-8C alkyl or 6-20C aryl substituted once or twice with 1-4C alkyl; (E) 0.01-5 pref. 0.01-2 wt. % at least one perfluoro- or polyfluoroalkansulphonic acid- or -carboxylic acid derivative of formula (F-CF2-CF2)x(CH2-CH2)yX)zM (IV), where X = -SO3 or -COO; M = H, alkali- or alkaline earth metal; x = 1-6; y = 0 or 1; Z = valency of M; (F) 0-5 pref. 0-2 wt. % at least are tetrafluoroethylane polymer with an average-particle size of 0.05-20 micron; (G) 0-40 pref. 0.05-30 wt. % fibrous or particulate filler or their mixts.. Also claimed are: (i) the prepn. of (I) by adding (E) to an aq. dispersion of (B), precipitating the mixt., removing water, drying and then by adding (A), (C), (D), (F) and (G). (ii) mouldings produced from (I).
