Abstract:
The invention relates to thermoplastic molding compounds that contain A) 40 to 95 % by weight of a polyamide, B) 4 to 30 % by weight of an impact modifier polymer having functional groups, C) 1 to 50 % by weight of fibrous or particulate fillers or the mixtures thereof, D) 0 to 50 % by weight of other additives, the weight percentages of components A) to D) adding up to 100 %.
Abstract:
The filler-containing thermoplastic moulding compositions contain, as essential components,… A) from 42 to 90 % by weight of a thermoplastic polyamide,… B) from 9.5 to 55 % by weight of fibrous or particulate fillers or mixtures thereof, and… C) from 0.5 to 3 % by weight of an impact-modifying rubber containing reactive groups.

Abstract:
The product comprises a first composite component(A) with a film layer(A1) and a plastic layer(A2) injected onto the rear face and a second composite component(B). The second component is joined to the injected plastic layer of the first component by two or more ribs(1) or a peripheral rib(2). Independent claims are made for: (a) a method for producing hollow profile composite components in which the ribs of the second component are positioned against the injected plastic layer of the first component and held while the rib ends(6) are welded or bonded to the plastic at their contact points; (b) a cover or roof liner for a vehicle roof module, vehicle bonnet, vehicle boot or tail gate cover, lawnmower shroud, service hatch cover or cooler grill based on the claimed composite product; and (c) a roof module containing two or more of the claimed composite products parallel to each other. Ribs can be either an integral part of the injected rear layer or more preferably part of the second component.
