Abstract:
A method for applying brazing material to a metal honeycomb matrix is provided. The method comprises the following steps of: a) applying a brazing material in a paste form, i.e., a solder paste, to one end face of the metal honeycomb matrix; b) distributing the solder paste in the metal honeycomb matrix. A metal honeycomb matrix and a method for manufacturing the metal honeycomb matrix are also provided.

Se provee un método para aplicar material de soldadura a una matriz de panal metálica. El método comprende los siguientes pasos de: a) aplicar material en una forma de pasta, es decir, una pasta para soldar (4), a una cara extrema de la matriz de panal metálica (5); b) distribuir la pasta de soldar (4) en la matriz de panal metálica (5). También se provee una matriz de panal metálica y un método para fabricar la matriz de panal metálica. La matriz de panal metálica presenta las ventajas de presión de resistencia, mejor resistencia al calor y vida de servicio más larga comparado con la misma hecha por las tecnologías actuales.

A system and method for manufacturing a honeycomb body is provided. Said system comprising: a forming mold (1) with a plurality of sub-molds, which are movable so that they can be opened and closed; a tightening mold (6) for tightening said forming mold (1); rolling pin(s) (2), which can be inserted into and pulled out of the inner volume of said forming mold (1) and can rotate around a rotation axis; wherein said tightening mold (6) has a shape that cooperates with the shape of said forming mold (1), so that an action of said tightening mold (6) causes tightening of said forming mold (1).

Se proporciona un sistema y método para fabricar un cuerpo de panal. El sistema comprende: un molde (1) de formación con una pluralidad de sub-moldes, los cuales se pueden mover de modo que pueden abrirse y cerrarse; un molde (6) de apriete para apretar el molde (1) de formación; el o los pernos (2) de laminación que pueden insertarse y sacarse del volumen interno del molde (1) de formación y pueden girarse alrededor del eje de rotación; en donde el molde (6) de apriete tiene una forma que coopera con la forma del molde (1) de formación, de modo que una acción del molde (6) de apriete provoca el apriete del molde (1) de formación.
