    Abstract: Procedimiento para la producción de cuero artificial que comprende un recubrimiento superior, una capa de poliuretano y una capa de sustrato opcional, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento i) proporcionar una capa de liberación, ii) aplicar una o más de una capa de un recubrimiento superior a la capa de liberación hasta un grosor de capa de recubrimiento superior global en el intervalo de entre 1 y 500 μm, iii) aplicar primeros componentes del sistema de poliuretano que comprenden un componente de isocianato (A) y un componente de poliol (B) al recubrimiento superior para formar una primera capa de poliuretano, en el que el componente de isocianato (A) comprende prepolímeros de poliisocianato que tienen un contenido de NCO en el intervalo de entre el 10 y el 25% en peso, el componente de poliol /B) comprende un polieterol y/o poliesterol y en el que el índice de isocianato de los primeros componentes del sistema de poliuretano está en el intervalo de entre 101 y 140, iv) aplicar opcionalmente componentes del sistema de poliuretano adicionales a la primera capa de poliuretano para formar capas de poliuretano adicionales, v) aplicar opcionalmente una capa de sustrato a los componentes del sistema de poliuretano, vi) curar los componentes del sistema de poliuretano para formar una capa de poliuretano, y vii) separar la capa de liberación del recubrimiento superior, en el que el grosor global de la primera y opcionalmente capas de poliuretano adicionales está en el intervalo de entre 0,01 y 20 mm y los componentes del sistema de poliuretano están libres de disolvente.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for production of artificial leather comprising top coat, polyurethane layer and optional substrate layer, said process comprising i) providing a release layer, ii) applying one or more than one layer of a top coat to the release layer to an overall top coat layer thickness in the range from 1 to 500 ?m, iii) applying first polyurethane system components comprising an isocyanate component (A) and a polyol component (B) to the top coat to form a first polyurethane layer, wherein the isocyanate index of the first polyurethane system components is in the range from 101 to 140, iv) optionally applying further polyurethane system components to the first polyurethane layer to form further polyurethane layers, v) optionally applying a substrate layer to the polyurethane system components, vi) curing the polyurethane system components to form a polyurethane layer, and vii) separating the release layer from the top coat, wherein the overall thickness of the first and optionally further polyurethane layers is in the range from 0.01 to 20 mm and the polyurethane system components are solvent-free.
