Abstract: The production process involves using a foam tile as a matrix. This tile has holes through it with a diameter of 0.05 to 5 cm. The through holes are then closed off using a translucent material for the purpose. The translucent material may be introduced into the holes in liquid form, and the tile may be coated with a translucent material on at least one side.
