Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing dyed foamed particles consisting of an elastomer (E), at least having the steps of providing foamed particles made of at least one elastomer (E) and bringing the particles into contact with a mixture (MF) containing a dye (F) and a carrier liquid (TF), thereby obtaining dyed foamed particles, wherein the carrier liquid (TF) has a polarity which is suitable for a sorption of the carrier liquid into the elastomer. The invention additionally relates to dyed foamed particles which are obtained or can be obtained according to such a method and to the use of the dyed foamed particles according to the invention for producing molded bodies, in particular shoe soles, parts of the shoe sole, bicycle saddles, upholstery, mattresses, underlays, handles, protective films, floor coverings, and components for automobile interiors or exteriors.
