    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane dispersion which meets the following requirements: a coating obtained therefrom has very low gross; the gloss should not be changed substantially as a result of rubbing (no re-polishability); the coating should not substantially change the hue of the substrate; the properties can be obtained by using some polyurethane dispersion; and leather treated with the polyurethane dispersion should have good mechanical properties, and to provide a dull coating method of substrate capable of dull coating by applying the polyurethane dispersion onto the substrate such as fabric, leather, metal, plastic, glass, wood, paper and board.
