Abstract: Reactor (1) para la producción continua de H2S a partir de hidrógeno y azufre, el cual comprende un equipo distribuidor (15) para distribuir hidrógeno gaseoso en una fusión de azufre (9) que está contenida en al menos una parte inferior del reactor, caracterizado porque el equipo distribuidor (15) se encuentra dispuesto en la fusión de azufre (9) y presenta una placa de distribuidor (16) dispuesta en el reactor (1) con un borde (17) que se extiende hacia abajo y el cual tiene una zona de borde (18), en cuyo caso el hidrógeno es distribuible en la fusión de azufre (9) desde una burbuja de hidrógeno formada por debajo de la placa de distribuidor (16) sobre la zona de borde (18), y el reactor (1) presenta además un equipo de suministro (11) para el hidrógeno gaseoso al reactor (1), el cual comprende un tubo (13) abierto, dispuesto verticalmente en el reactor (1) y a través del cual puede introducirse el hidrógeno gaseoso a la fusión de azufre por debajo del equipo distribuidor (15) con el fin de formar una burbuja de hidrógeno por debajo de la placa de distribuidor (16).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing hydrogen sul fide H2S by the reaction on a fixed catalyst of a reactant mixture containin g gaseous sulfur and hydrogen. The reactant mixture is reacted in a reactor (1) at an absolute pressure from 0.5 bar to 10 bar, a temperature from 300°C to 450°C, and an excess of sulfur. The sulfur excess corresponds to a ratio of excess sulfur to produced H2S of 0.2 kg to 3 kg sulfur per kg of produce d H2S.

Abstract: The present invention describes a reactor (1) for continuously preparing hydrogen sulfide H2S from hydrogen and sulfur, comprising a distributor device (15) for distributing gaseous hydrogen in a sulfur melt (9) present at least in a lower part of the reactor. The hydrogen from a hydrogen bubble which forms below the distributor plate (16) is (for example through the passage orifices (19)) distributed in the sulfur melt (9) via the distributor plate (16).
