Abstract: The present invention relates to a pulverulent vitamin formulation in which the vitamin essentially has a particle size of less than 0.7 μm and which comprises an effective amount of propyl gallate, and also to processes for producing this formulation, and to formulations obtainable by these processes and to the use thereof as animal feed, food, food supplement, personal care product or pharmaceutical composition. The formulations of the invention have improved stability compared to the prior art.

Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a una formulación pulverulenta de vitamina donde la vitamina esencialmente tiene un tamaño de partícula menor que 0.7 µm y que comprende una cantidad eficaz de galato de propilo, y también a procesos para producir esta formulación, y a formulaciones que pueden obtenerse mediante estos procesos y a la utilización de estas como alimento para animales, alimentos, suplementos alimenticios, productos para el cuidado personal o composiciones farmacéuticas.
