Abstract: The invention relates to a component which is at least partly made of a layer structure. The layer structure comprises the following layers: (a) an elastomer layer with a density of more than 800 g/L, and (b) a duromer layer containing at least 50 wt.% of a first polyurethane. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a component, having the following steps: (i) providing a negative mold, into which the individual layers of the layer structure are introduced, or a positive mold, onto which the individual layers of the layer structure are applied, (ii) producing the elastomer layer by means of a spraying process, (iii) producing the duromer layer by means of a spraying process, and (iv) removing the produced component, wherein step (ii) can be carried out before step (iii) or step (iii) can be carried out before step (ii).
