Abstract: Ion conducting polymer, containing heteroaromatic units respectively with at least two nitrogen- or phosphorus atoms or at least one nitrogen- and at least one phosphorus atoms, is new, where: at least two of the existing nitrogen and/or phosphorus atoms of the heteroaromatic units are coordinated with a Lewis acid, so that the heteroaromatisc units contain a negative charge, and the negative charge are balanced by a cation in corresponding quantity. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the polymer.
