Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer and a polyurethane polymer. In this process, a solution (S) is used which comprises the polyethersulfone polymer, the polyurethane polymer and at least one aprotic polar solvent. From this at least one aprotic polar solvent, the polyethersulfone polymer and the polyurethane polymer are separated to obtain the membrane (M). Another object of the present invention is the use of a polyurethane polymer in a membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer to increase the elongation at break of the membrane (M). The present invention also relates to a membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer and a polyurethane polymer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer and a polyamide polymer. In this process, a solution (S) is used which comprises the polyethersulfone polymer, the polyamide polymer and at least one first protic polar solvent. From this at least one first protic polar solvent, the polyethersulfone polymer and the polyamide polymer are separated to obtain the membrane (M). Another object of the present invention is the use of a polyamide polymer in the membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer to increase the elongation at break of the membrane (M). The present invention also relates to a membrane (M) which comprises a polyethersulfone polymer and a polyamide polymer.
