Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane-coated line elements, in which (a) aliphatic polyisocyanate is mixed with (b) compounds containing at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms, (c) catalyst, and (d) optionally, other auxiliary agents and/or additives, to obtain a first reaction mixture, and said reaction mixture is directly or indirectly applied to a tube and is allowed to finish reacting to obtain a polyurethane layer, wherein the compound containing at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms contains a compound that is based on an alkoxylation product of an aromatic starter molecule. The invention further relates to line elements obtainable according to a method of this kind.

Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir elementos de conducción recubiertos con poliuretano, en donde (a) el poliisocianato alifático se mezcla con (b) compuestos que tienen al menos dos átomos de hidrógeno que son reactivos a isocianato, (c) catalizador y (d) opcionalmente otros auxiliares y/o aditivos, para formar una primera mezcla de reacción, la mezcla de reacción se aplica directa o indirectamente a un tubo y se deja reaccionar para formar una capa de poliuretano, en donde los compuestos que tienen al menos dos átomos de hidrógeno que son reactivos a isocianato comprenden un compuesto en base a un producto de alcoxilación de una molécula de inicio aromática. La presente invención también se refiere a elementos de conducción que se pueden obtener por medio de tal proceso.
