Abstract:
Beschrieben wird eine Einkomponenten-Haftklebstoffzusammensetzung in Form einer wässrigen Polymerdispersion enthaltend mindestens ein Haftklebstoffpolymer, welches gebildet ist durch Emulsionspolymerisation aus weichen (Meth)acrylsäureestermonomeren, Methacrylsaure und optional weiteren Monomeren, wobei die Polymerisation in Gegenwart von Molekulargewichtsreglern oder Styrol erfolgt. Das Haftklebstoffpolymer hat einen Gelgehalt, der zumindest teilweise auf einer reversiblen Vernetzung durch Metallsalze beruht. Die Einkomponenten-Haftklebstoffzusammensetzung kann verwendet werden zur Herstellung von Klebeetiketten, Klebebändern oder Klebefolien.

A description is given of a two-part adhesive product comprising a first composition in the form of an aqueous polymer dispersion comprising at least one adhesive polymer which is formed by emulsion polymerization of soft (meth)acrylic ester monomers, monomers with an acid group, styrene, and optionally further monomers. A second composition comprises a metal salt coagulant which causes instantaneous coagulation of the first composition when contacting the first with the second composition. The two-part adhesive product can be used for adhesively bond-ing foamed substrates

Method of improving shear stability of highly concentrated aqueous adhesive polymer compositions comprising a specific adhesive polymer which has been prepared by emulsion polymerization and which is dispersed in the aqueous adhesive composition. Said method comprises treating the aqueous adhesive polymer composition with at least one anion exchange resin.
Abstract:
A description is given of a pressure-sensitive adhesive solution comprising one or polymers dissolved in an organic solvent of high relative permittivity. The polymers are capable of ionically crosslinking after removable of the organic solvent and are made from monomer mixtures comprising low Tg C4 to C20 alkyl (meth)acrylates, cationic monomers having at least one cationic group selected from amino groups and quaternary ammonium groups, and anionic monomers having at least one protonated or deprotonated acid group. The pressure-sensitive adhesive solutions can be used for producing pressure-sensitive hotmelts and self-adhesive articles such as adhesive tapes, adhesive labels or protective films.
