Abstract: Production of polyurethane integrated foam comprises mixing organic polyisocyanates with high molecular weight compounds containing at least two reactive hydrogen atoms, blowing agents and optionally chain extenders and/or crosslinker, catalysts and other auxiliaries and/or additives, where the high molecular weight compounds are polyether alcohol, which is prepared by addition of alkylene oxides to compounds from renewable raw materials using double metal cyanide catalyst. An independent claim is included for the polyurethane integrated foam, obtained by the above process.
