Abstract: Procedimiento para la producción de material de fibra de madera blanqueado, que comprende las etapas a) deslaminación de partículas de madera más grandes, dado el caso tratadas previamente con productos químicos y/o agua, hasta dar partículas de madera modificadas b) molienda de las partículas de madera modificadas obtenidas en a) en una o varias refinerías, c) dado el caso tratamiento del material obtenido en la etapa b) con agentes de blanqueo oxidativos o reductivos caracterizado por que se lleva a cabo la etapa a) y/o etapa b) en presencia de una composición Z, conteniendo la composición Z uno o varios de los siguientes componentes (Z1): una sal del ácido ditiónico H2S2O4 (Z1) así como dado el caso aditivos (Z4) y por que en la etapa a) somete las partículas de madera más grandes, dado el caso tratadas previamente, primero (i) a una presión mecánica y fuerzas de cizallamiento y después (ii) muele en una refinadora, cuya absorción de energía o la presión en la refinadora es menor que los correspondientes parámetros para la refinadora en la etapa b).
