The invention relates to seed treatment compositions comprising active ingredient, polyarylphenol polyalkoxy ether phosphate and/or polyarylphenol polyalkoxy ether sulphate, and copolymer having polyalkoxy ether side chains. The polyarylphenol polyalkoxy ether phosphate and/or the polyarylphenol polyalkoxy ether sulphate in combination with the copolymer having polyalkoxy ether side chains are used as dispersant, especially to provide a dispersion of suspended active ingredient. The present invention also relates to methods of treating seed with such a composition.

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Partikeln, welche zwei agrochemischen Wirkstoffe in amorpher Form enthalten, bei dem eine Schmelze umfassend die beiden geschmolzenen agrochemischen Wirkstoffe in einer wässerigen Lösung emulgiert und abgekühlt wird. Ein weiterer Gegenstand ist die Verwendung eines agrochemischen Wirkstoffs zur Inhibierung der Kristallisation eines anderen agrochemischen Wirkstoffs in einem Herstellverfahren von Partikeln, welche die beiden agrochemischen Wirkstoffe in amorpher Form enthalten, bei dem eine Schmelze umfassend die beiden geschmolzenenen agrochemischen Wirkstoffe in einer wässerige Lösung emulgiert und abgekühlt wird. Ein weiterer Gegenstand betrifft Partikel, welche zwei agrochemischen Wirkstoffe in amorpher Form enthalten. Die Anwendung im Pflanzenschutz wird ebenfalls beschrieben.

The present invention relates to formulation comprising at least (i) two pesticidal compounds A and B dissolved in a lactic acid ester and wherein a) both A and B have melting points below 900C b) both A and B are selected from the following list: pyraclos- trobin, metalaxyl, mefenoxam, trifloxystrobin, imazalil, pro- chloraz and ipconazole with the proviso that A is different from B (ii) at least one pesticidal compound C present in solid particles, and having a melting point of 900C and above, and to their use as seed treatment formulation as well as their use for plant protection, including seed and crop protection.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine neue flüssige, wässrige Pflanzenschutzformulierung, die a) wenigstens einen organischen Pflanzenschutzwirkstoffmit einer Wasserlöslichkeit von kleiner als 5 g/l bei 20°C; b) wenigstens ein organisches Lösungsmittel mit einer Wasserlöslichkeit von über 100 g/l bei 20°C; c) wenigstens ein organisches Lösungsmittel mit einer Wasserlöslichkeit von 2 bis 100 g/l bei 20°C; d) wenigstens ein organisches Lösungsmittel mit einer Wasserlöslichkeit von kleiner als 2 g/l bei 20°C; e) wenigstens ein nicht-ionisches Tensid; f) wenigstens ein anionisches Tensid; und g) Wasser enthält. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung der Pflanzenschutzformulierung zur Behandlung von Pflanzen und Saatgut, entsprechende Verfahren sowie behandeltes Saatgut.

The invention relates to aqueous active ingredient compositions in which the active ingredient or ingredients are present in the form of an aqueous dispersion of finely divided polymer-active ingredient particles which comprise at least one water-insoluble polymer P, at least one surface-active substance, and at least one organic active crop protection ingredient which is present in the polymer particles and has a solubility in water of not more than 5 g/l at 25°C/101.325 hPa, in which the polymer-active ingredient particles have an average particle diameter, determined by dynamic light scattering, in the range from 300 to 1200 nm, preferably in the range from 310 to 1000 nm, and more particularly in the range from 320 to 800 nm, the polymer P being a polymer of ethylenically unsaturated monomers M which comprise 0.1 % to 10%, more particularly 0.2% to 7%, and especially 0.3% to 5%, by weight, based on the total amount of the constituent monomers M of the polymer P, of at least one monoethylenically unsaturated compound M2 which is selected from monoethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acids, monoethylenically unsaturated phosphonic acids, and monoethylenically unsaturated phosphoric monoesters, and also the salts thereof, the amounts in % by weight being based on the acid form of the monomer M2.
