    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance transparency, gloss, gas permeability and processing characteristics by forming a transparent multilayered film from polyamide and polyolefin by using a copolymer of ε-caprolactam, diamine and dicarboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION: One layer is constituted of a polyamide copolymer of 80-90 wt.% of an ε-caprolactam unit and 5-20 wt.% of a unit of an equimolar amt. of diamine and dicarboxylic acid. A transparent multilayered film is obtained from polyolefin and polyamide characterized by that crystallization enthalpy determined by differential thermal analysis in a process cooling a molten polyamide copolymer at a cooling speed of 40 k/min is 2-10 J/g.
