Thus, 2,4-C12C6H3COCH2Br was treated with 1,2,4-triazole, the oxo group reduced the alco and treated with CH2:CHCH2Br to give 1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-ethylarylether, which was treated with CuCl2 to give I (M=Cu; R=2,4-C1; R4=OCH2CH:CH2; X=C1; n=p=2, III). At 0.0025% III gave 85% protection against Fusicladiun dentriticum attack on apple seedlings.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antimicrobial agent that has excellent antimicrobial properties and is useful for prevention of plant diseases, for example, a tomato disease caused by phytophthora by using a specific amine derivative. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial agent includes a substituted cyclohexan-1- ylamine derivative represented by formula I (R1 is H, a halogen or the like; R2 is formyl, hydroxyalkyl or the like; R3 and R4 are each H, an alkoxy or the like; A is H an amino-protecting group), its acid adducts or metal complexes, typically cis-t-butyl (2-carbomethoxy-4-methylcyclohexan-1-yl)carbamate. The compound of formula I is prepared by hydrogenating a compound of formula II (R1' is H or the like; R2' is formyl or the like; R3' to R6' are each H or the like and at least two are H) in a usual manner. The does of this agent is 0.05-5 kg/l hector of the soil area based on the active substance.
