Abstract:
An inspection system having a light source, a mirror sensor, and an image sensor. The mirror assembly is aligned with the camera; the light is reflected from the container to the camera, and the camera creates multiple images of the container at a viewing angle. The multiple images are analyzed to detect defects.
Abstract:
A charging connecting device for a motor vehicle being powered at least partially electrically, the device comprising a connecting body, said connecting body being fixable at an opening of the motor vehicle and forming a connecting space, the device further comprising an electric connecting device for electrically connecting an accumulator of the motor vehicle with an electric supply source provided outside the motor vehicle for charging the accumulator, characterized in that the electric connecting device comprises a charging cable, said charging cable being connectable to the accumulator and having an electric plug device for connecting with the electric supply source, in that the electric connecting device comprises a cable roll-up device with a cable roll, being rotatably supported, wherein the cable roll is biased into a roll-up position, in which the charging cable is rolled up on the cable roll and the plug device is located inside the connecting space formed by the connecting body and is accessible from the outside, so that the plug device for connecting with the external electric supply can be pulled out of the connecting body together with the charging cable, wherein the charging cable is rolled off the cable roll against the bias of the same.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the production of hairdresser's scissors (1), wherein the scissor blades (23,33) are pre-deformed from blanks according to a specific degree of curvature in the direction facing away from the cutting edge. A hard metal material is then respectively welded in the form of a welding pass to the front faces of the scissor blades (23,33) which are directed towards each other in order to form the cutting edges (24,34). The curvature of the scissor blades (23,33) recedes as a result of heat action during the welding process. The welding passes are then ground in order to form cutting edges (23,24) and the scissor halves (2,3) are pre-straightened and are hardened. The hairdresser's scissors (1) are then straightened when hard in an assembled state. The invention also relates to hairdresser's scissors thus embodied. The cutting edges (24,34) are provided in the form of a full material extending along the entire thickness of the hairdresser's scissors (23,33), such that post-grinding or further straightening of the hairdresser's scissors is possible without incurring any losses in terms of functionality.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing barber scissors, wherein the scissor blades are pre-shaped from blanks by a predetermined degree of curvature in the direction facing away from the edge. This is followed by a step of welding on a hard metal material in the form of a welding bead on respective mutually facing faces of the scissor blades in order to form the edges, wherein the preliminary curvature of the scissor blades is neutralized owing to the influence of heat during the welding process. Subsequently the welding beads are ground so as to form the edges, and the scissor halves are pre-set and hardened. Then the barber scissors are hard-set in the assembled condition. The invention furthermore relates to barber scissors having such a configuration. Here the edges are present as massive material over the entire thickness of the scissor blades, so that even severally repeated re-grinding or re-setting of the barber scissors is possible without any loss of functionality.
Abstract:
The windscreen washing system has a self-contained electrical heating unit (5) inserted into the run of the washing fluid delivery pipes (4, 6). The heating arrangement comprises an insulated container (13) with a heat-reflective coating (14), containing a heating coil (47) supplied with electrical power from a battery (34) through cut-off relays (24, 25). At least one of the cut-off relays is connected to a heat sensor (55) in the fluid container, which turns the relay on if the fluid is too cold, to a safety relay (26) to prevent heating if the fluid volume is too low, and to a time lag relay (27) to break the circuit after a pre-set time. The fluid container has a large enough capacity for several washing operations.
