Abstract: Provided is a quantum chip structure and a method for generating layout of quantum chip structure. The quantum chip structure includes: a topological structure formed by densely laying a plurality of twisted edge square units. A central qubit of a twisted edge square unit is 5 coupled with five first qubits respectively, a first qubit in a first position is coupled to a first qubit in a second position, a first qubit in a third position is coupled to a first qubit in a fourth position and an adjacent first qubit in a fifth position respectively, a second qubit in a sixth position is coupled with the first qubit in the first position and the first qubit in the fourth position respectively, and a second qubit in a seventh position is coupled with the first qubit in 0 the second position and the first qubit in the fifth position respectively.
