Abstract: The device has a splice key mounted on housing of a missile (12). A specified time unit mounted in the missile controls ignition of propulsion unit for certain time after commencement of launch. An unlocking unit is installed between the missile and a part fixed at exterior of a launch channel (10). The unlocking unit unlocks the specified time unit when the missile travels a predetermined distance in the launch channel.
