Abstract: A flat panel detector is provided, which includes a base substrate and a plurality of detection regions arranged in an array on the base substrate, where each detection region is successively provided with a photosensitive sensor and an optical structure along a direction away from the base substrate; the optical structure includes a condensing unit and a light filtering unit, where the condensing unit is used for receiving the near-infrared light and ambient light emitted by the laser light source and performing condensing, and the light filtering unit is configured to shield the ambient light and transmitting the near-infrared light; a photosensitive sensor which includes an amorphous silicon photodiode and a thin film transistor, where the amorphous silicon photodiode is configured to convert the near-infrared light transmitted by the light filtering unit into an electrical signal.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate, a packaging layer, and at least one sensor. The packaging layer is over the substrate. Each sensor includes a sensing thin-film transistor and a sensing unit, electrically coupled with each other. The sensing thin-film transistor is between the package layer and the substrate, and the sensing unit is over a side of the package layer away from the substrate. The array substrate can also include a plurality of display thin-film transistors. The sensing thin-film transistor in each sensor can be at substantially same film layers, or of a same structure and a same type, as each display thin-film transistor.

Abstract: A ray detector substrate has detection regions and includes a substrate, a first interdigital electrode and a second interdigital electrode disposed on a side of the substrate and located in each detection region, a first scintillator layer disposed on a side of the first interdigital electrode and the second interdigital electrode away from the substrate, and a second scintillator layer disposed on a side of first scintillator layer away from the substrate. The second scintillator layer is configured to convert part of rays incident onto the detection region into visible light, and transmit another part of the rays, so that the another part of the rays is incident onto the first scintillator layer through the second scintillator layer. The first scintillator layer is configured to convert the visible light converted by the second scintillator layer and the another part of the rays through the second scintillator layer into photocurrent.
