Abstract: The concrete floor structure comprises a lower plate (1) and an upper plate (5) in reinforced concrete. These plates are separated by a retractor (4), constituted by an insulating layer, which maintains a gap between the two plates. Each plate has a lower flexural resistance than the floor must be able to support. The two plates are connected together , in the regions where the floor is supported, by independent fastenings (6). These prevent relative sliding of the two plates so that the floor assembly has a sufficient flexure resistance. The lower plate has a thickness of the order of 10 - 20 cm and the upper plate has a thickness of the order of 5 - 15 cm. The spacing between the two plates is of the order of 3 - 15 cm. The insulating layer constitutes a water sealing layer and/or a sound insulation layer and/or a thermal insulation layer.

Abstract: The breeze-block is made from a parallelepiped concrete mass with a width between 40 cm and 65 cm, a height between 20 cm and 30 cm and a thickness between 12 cm and 20 cm. The two long vertical faces (1,1') are plane with a series of three by six vertical grooves (2,2') regularly spaced which run along the whole height. These grooves have a width between 8 mm and 20 mm and each communicate with a vertical tubular gallery (3,3') in the breeze-block at a distance from 8 mm to 20 mm from the groove inlet. The galleries, in opposite pairs, run through the whole height of the breeze-block and have a diameter between 3 cm and 6 cm. The breeze-block contains vertical tubular cavities (4), not communicating with the grooves, set back longitudinally relative to the galleries. The breezeblock ends are hollowed with a vertical median groove (5,5') which divides the end section into two parallel vertical parts (6A,6B;6'A,6'B), but one set back from the other

Abstract: The invention concerns the formation of a wall by prefabrication, followed by the positioning of the wall on a support in its final position. The wall is prefabricated in immediate proximity M to its final position, the prefabrication position being deduced by swivelling of the final position, and the prefabricated wall is lifted from its prefabrication position to its final position. Hinge connections T1, T2 are preferably formed between the prefabrication position and the final position. Application to the formation of walls of buildings or construction works.
