Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength resin sheet without setting its thickness too large. SOLUTION: This resin sheet is extrusion-molded to have a thickness of 7-9.5 mm, and roughly rectangular holes are bored to be vertically and laterally disposed. A hole size ratio (vertical-to-lateral size ratio) is 1-1.7, a ratio of a hole-to-hole interval in a vertical direction to a vertical size of the hole is 0.85-1.15, a ratio of a hole-to-hole interval in a lateral direction to a lateral size of the hole is 1.5-1.8, and a drawing ratio of a vertical strand part is set at 8-12 to provide a high strength resin net.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin net molecular-oriented by uniaxial orientation which is buried in earth such as embankment and a sloped face to reinforce the earth. SOLUTION: The resin net is produced by a method comprising the first process for forming a boring part in a resin plate by press processing, the second process for heating the resin plate stretchably, the third process in which the heated resin plate is passed between rolls to be stretched by increasing the rotational speed of a rubber roll on the tip side, and the fourth process in which tension is applied in the stretching direction for the molecular orientation of a heated unstretched part by using the latent heat of an unstretched land part while a stretch part is cooled. 1 is the resin plate; 11 is a press (the first process); 12 is hot water (the second process); 13, 14 are rolls (the third process); 15 is a cooling/stretching process (the fourth process); 20 is the resin net after the third process; and 30 is the resin net as a final product.
