    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water feed pipe system for feeding the water from a water storage tank and preventing the water in the water storage tank from flowing out at the time of an earthquake. SOLUTION: In this water feed system for a water storage tank 1, a water feed pipe 2 is arranged on the water storage tank 1 through a side wall or a bottom wall, and a check valve 21 and a pump 23 are provided on it. The front end 4 of the water feed pipe 2 is arranged toward the lower side than the horizontal level, and an electromagnet 6 provided with an earthquake sensor 7 is arranged below the front end. A magnetic body 8 capable of being inserted into the front end 4 of the water feed pipe 2 is arranged between the front end 4 of the water feed pipe 2 and the electromagnet 6.     Abstract: PURPOSE: To secure drinking water at earthquake disaster by cutting off an electric circuit so as to temporarily stop a pump in an emergency, when earthquake motion more than a set value is sensed, and returning a pressure water supply system to its original state, if nothing is abnormal. CONSTITUTION: When earthquake motion more than a set value is applied on an earthquake motion sensing body which is normally attracted by a permanent magnet so that a microswitch is in a conducting state, the earthquake motion sensing body is instantaneously dropped from the permanent magnet so as to press down a bar and the microswitch is turned off so as to cut off the electric circuit. Such an earthquake motion sensing stopper is used for a water storage system and when the earthquake motion sensing stopper 1 senses earthquake motion more than the set value, the incorporated microswitch is disconnected and the circuit communicating with motors M1, M2 for operating a pump is cut off. Then, a pilot lamp is lit so as to inform this and after the water storage tank, etc., are detected so as to confirm that nothing is abnormal, a reset switch is turned on so as to be returned to its original state. Operation of this earthquake sensing stopper can provides a pressure water supply system without wasting water in the water storage tank.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water tank free from corrosion when hot water or hot spring water is stored therein and having a sufficient strength by interconnecting a plurality of partition panels including L-shaped plastic partition panels between the side walls of a water tank fabricated with plastic main panels. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of plastic main panels 1 are assembled into a water tank, in which a plurality of L-shaped plastic partition panels 2 are provided and interconnected between the opposite side walls of the water tank, preferably with an integral formation of the main panel 1 and the partition panel 2 using FRP. The main panels 1 having a square or rectangular shape for use in the fabrication of the water tank are provided with the flanges 1A bent to the same side on the four edges thereof and the flanges 1A are held in contact and fastened together with bolts and nuts. To interconnect the partition panels 2, they are provided with triangular plates at the upper and lower parts thereof and flanges at both the sides thereof. Plastic bolt and nut are used in the interconnection of the partition panels 2 and in the assembly of the partition panel 2 to the main panel 1.

As the seedlings grow, leaf parts grow over the surface of the growing board 5 and root part 8 is dropped from the under surface of the growing board 5. The root part 8 is brought into contact with the bottom 1 of the frame 2, reaches a fluidized layer of nutritive solution and absorbs nutrient.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure having an antiseismic function applied by constituting respective walls of unit panels by using flanges continuously and arranging reinforcing materials along the flange ends in a water tank in the unit panel in the circumferential area of a ceiling wall. SOLUTION: A ceiling beam 41 having a U-shaped cross section is extended across side walls 10, 10, and fixed to the side walls 10 to the ends of the ceiling beam 41 using L-shaped flanges 42 by bolts and nuts. In this case, the fixing position is separated from the side walls 10 and the flanges 3 of the circumferential unit panels for a ceiling wall are put thereon. On the other hand, a short- length beam 43 having a U-shaped cross section is extended across the ceiling beam 41 and a side wall 20 in such a state as being separated at some intervals. A tip of the short-length beam 43 is supported by a support rod raising from the bottom wall or a hard sloshing damping plate in substitute for the short- length beam 43 is fixedly provided in such a state as extending across the oblique side of a triangle plate. This constitution can avoid direct collision of the sloshing wave with the ceiling wall and provide the circumferential unit panels of the ceiling wall with antiseismic performance and sloshing wave damping function.
