Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tire blowout without any deterioration of basic tire performance by filling a tube with a foam body having closed-cell foams in a hollow part surrounded by the tire inner circumferential face and a rim. SOLUTION: This tire assembly is constructed by mounting a tire for a motorcycle to an adaptable rim 2 and filling a substantially toroidal tube 4 with a foam body having closed-cell foams in a hollow part 3 surrounded by the tire inner circumferential face and the rim 2. In the foam body having closed-cell foams, individual foams are surrounded by partition walls independently of each other. As the foam body, a composition consisting of rubber, a butyl group rubber desirably, carbon black, a plasticizer, a foaming agent, tackifier, a cross linking agent and the like is effective. In addition, a foaming multiplication factor of the foam body is restricted within the range of about 500-1000%. In this way, a tire blowout can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:In the molding and vulcanization of a rubber product using a vulcanizing bladder, the vulcanizing bladder is formed so as to have a multilayered structure composed of a plurality of layers and has a layer (A) composed of a rubber composition based on org. rubber on the innermost side thereof and a layer (B) composed of a rubber composition whose release stress with the rubber product is 0.5kg/cm or less on the outermost side thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the driving force of a tire from lowering, mud from adhering to the tire and, especially, the mud from being carried away when a vehicle leaves a paddy field by a method wherein the whole surface of grooves, which partition tread land parts, and the whole surface of the shoulder regions adjacent to the grooves are processed so as to be highly water repellent. CONSTITUTION:Highly water repellent coatings 2 are provided on the whole surface of grooves, which partition tread land parts on a tread T, the whole surface of lugs L, and the whole surface of the shoulder regions Sh adjacent to the lugs, the skid space regions Sk of a case body and side walls S. As the highly water repellent polymer used for the coating 2, silicone resin, fluoroplastic and the like are employed. Or polypropylene or the like can be used as substitute. In short, any material having water repellency, which makes the contact angle with ion-exchanged water measured at 35 deg.C by drop surface profile method at least 80 deg. or more, may well be used.
