Abstract: Un procedimiento para producir un neumático que comprende una cinta comprendida por al menos dos capas de cinta, cada una de las cuales está constituida por cordones de acero y un caucho de recubrimiento que recubre el cordón entre una banda de rodadura y una carcasa radial, enrollando de modo espiral una composición de caucho sin curar en forma de banda extrudida a través de una máquina de extrusión sobre un soporte rotatorio para formar un miembro de caucho que tiene una sección transversal dada, en el que la formación de la capa de cinta se lleva a cabo mediante: 1) laminado sucesivo de la caucho de recubrimiento y los cordones de acero, o mediante 2) unión de un cuerpo en forma de banda de pequeña anchura de cordón de acero único o plural recubierto previamente con la caucho de recubrimiento, o mediante 3) formación de un cuerpo en forma de banda de pequeña anchura recubriendo un cordón de acero único o plural con la caucho de recubrimiento durante el conformado y uniéndolo, y se forma una composición de caucho que constituye la caucho de recubrimiento mezclando al menos uno de (a) un componente de caucho con un compuesto que tiene un punto de fusión de 120-220ºC y (b) una resina que tiene un punto de ablandamiento previo al curado de 90-150ºC, de modo que la composición de caucho tiene una viscosidad no superior a 2 kPaus, medida a una velocidad de cizallamiento de 750 s-1 y a una temperatura de 100ºC de acuerdo con la norma de ASTM D5099-93, y un esfuerzo de tracción a un 100% de elongación no inferior a 5 MPa y una elongación de ruptura no inferior al 200%, como propiedades de la caucho tras la vulcanización, y una cantidad de mezcla total del compuesto y de la resina es de 0,5-25 partes en masa en base a 100 partes en masa del componente de caucho.

Abstract: The rubber composition of the present invention is used for producing an inner liner of a pneumatic tire, and is obtained by compounding a rubber component and a layered or plate-like mineral. The layered or plate-like mineral has an aspect ratio of 3 or more and less than 30. The present invention further provides a production method of the rubber composition and a pneumatic tire which is produced by using the rubber composition. The present invention is applicable to a tire of passenger vehicles, bus or truck, and a tire of airplane. According to the present invention, the air permeation resistance is remarkably improved and the workability is also improved. Therefore, the rapture and hole defect of a non-vulcanized sheet during the tire construction can be avoided. By using the rubber composition, the gauge of the inner liner of pneumatic tire can be reduced while maintaining the inner pressure of tire, thereby reducing the weight of tire.
