Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a requirement for non-yellowing without impairing the air permeability by setting the air-permeability of a skin-fabricated cushioning body obtained by laminating a film material to the surface of a cushioning body material with air permeability by thermal fusion-bonding, in a specific ration to the air-permeability before forming a coat. SOLUTION: This cushioning body is a skin-fabricated cushioning body obtained by laminating a film material on the surface of a cushioning body material with air-permeability by thermal fusion-bonding. The air-permeability of the skin-fabricated cushioning body accounts for at least 50% or more of the proper air-permeability of the cushioning body material before forming a coat. In addition, the cushioning body with at least 50 cc/cm2/sec or more air-permeability for an air permeating amount measured by the Frazier testing machine (JIS-0000) in a practical use, is converted to a cushioning body with a coat fabricated so that a surface film has an appropriate air-permeability, i.e., an appropriate hole by selecting between thermal fusion-bonding conditions.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delay and upgrade discoloration properties of an urethane foam by setting all color difference changes before and after an ultraviolet test, an Nox test, a heat test and a wet heat test under predetermined conditions of a cushioning material to specific values or less. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-density, low-air-permeability flexible polyurethane foam having an elongation at break of at least a specified value by reacting a specific polyether polyol with an isocyanate in the presence of water and a catalyst. SOLUTION: A flexible polyurethane foam having an elongation at break of 200% or higher and an air permeability of 50ml/cm /sec or lower is obtd. by reacting a polyol of which the average number of carbon atoms of the straight chain part is 40-65 with an isocyanate (e.g. tolylene diisocyanate) in the presence of water and a catalyst (e.g. triethylenediamine). The foam may further contain a flame retardant, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a foam stabilizer, etc. The obtd. foam can be suitably used not only for a waist band, a side band, etc., of a paper diaper but also as a foam for flame lamination used for an automotive interior part.
