Abstract: A hybrid power assembly (1000) and a vehicle. The hybrid power assembly (1000) comprises a transmission member (11), a first clutch (15), a second clutch (16), a first motor (200), an engine (300), and a reversing portion (700). The first clutch (15) is in transmission connection with both an engine output shaft (301) and the transmission member (11). The second clutch (16) is connected between the transmission member (11) and the reversing portion (700). The reversing portion (700) is connected between the second clutch (16) and a first driving wheel (2000). The first motor (200) is in transmission connection with the transmission member (11). Reversing is performed by means of the reversing portion (700), so as to enable the rotation direction of the engine output shaft (301) to be the same as the rotation direction of the first driving wheel (2000).
