Abstract: The invention relates to pigment compositions containing UV absorbers and inorganic polyacids. The UV absorbers can be cationic UV absorbers, for example, salicylic acid derivatives, cinnamic acid derivatives, benzotriazole derivatives, benzophenone derivatives, naphthalimide derivatives, phenyltriazines, benzylidene camphor derivatives.
