    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable mixture free of conventional defects.SOLUTION: This biodegradable polyester composition includes: (i) at least one polyester based on an aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic dihydroxy compound; (ii) at least one biodegradable homopolyester or copolyester selected from the group consisting of polylactides, polycaprolactones, polyhydroxyalkanoates and polyesters from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diols; (iii) (a) a copolymer containing an epoxide group and based on an acrylic ester and/or methacrylic ester, (b) a bisphenol-A-epoxide or (c) a natural oil, fatty acid ester or a fatty acid amide containing an epoxide group; (iv) an additive; and (v) an inorganic or organic filler.
