    Abstract: A continuous golf club set comprising plural clubs set in the order of club number from a longer driving distance is disclosed. In this set, the club length and the sole width are decreased and the loft and lie are increased in the order of club number. The club length is decreased by 15-30 mm and the sole width decreased by 0-15 mm for each club. The loft is increased by 3 DEG -5 DEG and the lie by 0 DEG -2 DEG in club number order. The set comprises both irons and woods. At least one club of the set has its center of gravity located along a line perpendicular to the club striking face thereof at an inward distance of at least 15 mm therefrom. At least one club of the set has its center of gravity located along a line perpendicular to the club striking face thereof at an inward distance therefrom of between 10 mm and less than 15 mm. At least one club of the set has its gravity located along a line perpendicular to the club striking face thereof at an inward distance of less than 10 mm therefrom.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a general golfer to shoot a ball easily, decrease a carry in order as a club number is increased, and especially increase a carry of a club equivalent to a long iron or a middle iron. CONSTITUTION:Lengths of clubs equivalent to number 3-5 (I3-I5) are set as 101-105cm for I3, 99-103cm for I4, and 97-101cm for I5, and average values of gravity center depths are set as 12.9mm for I3, 9.8mm for I4, and 6.9mm for I5. A sole width and the gravity center depth are decreased in order as a carry is set longer. Change of the sole width and the gravity center depth are set smaller between plural clubs with a shorter set carry, and the change in the sole width and the gravity center depth is set larger between the clubs with a longer set carry.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the volume of a charging material, which is compressed at the time of molding, to suppress the lowering of pressurizing force, to reduce the weight of a head and to increase the freedom degree of design by using a core for foaming when the doughnut-shaped charging material is molded. CONSTITUTION:A foaming material is injected into a cavity 2A of a lower mold 2, a cavity 1A of an upper mold 1 and further, a cavity for charging material molding to be composed of a for forming. Then, the foaming material foams and sets and a doughnut-shaped changing material 4 is molded. Next, a 5 for main body of a size, which can be inserted to the hole of the doughnut- shaped charging material, is inserted to the hole of the charging material 4 instead of the core 3 for forming and unset fiber strengthening synthetic resin 8 is attached to the charging material 4 which is fit into this core 5. Next, upper and lower pressurizing metallic molds 6 and 7 for main body are fastened, heated and pressurized and the main body is molded. Then, the core 5 for main body is put off and the upper and lower pressurizing metallic molds 6 and 7 are opened. After that, a sole plate is fit to the sole part of the head after the core 5 for main body is put off.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to transmit the speed of a club head of an amateur golfer by constituting the club so that a crossing point of a vertical line drawn from the gravity center of the head to a face plane and the face plane is at a predetermined distance from the face center. CONSTITUTION:Providing that a head 1 advances according to a loft, hitting a ball at the center of gravity does not cause too much revolution of the ball to cause the highest ball speed. The crossing point at which a vertical line connecting the center of gravity G of the head 1 with a face plane F is to be more than 7mm above a face center C. With such a mechanism it becomes possible for the majority of amateur golfers to have the hitting point agree with the center of gravity on the face plane, whereby the speed of the ball head is effectively transmitted to improvement the carry of the ball.
