Abstract: The present writing reveals a method for screen printed lacquer deposition for a display device comprising aligning a mask on top of a faceplate of the display device. Next, there is deposited a lacquer material above the mask. Then, there is performed a screen printing process to apply the lacquer material through the mask and onto the faceplate to form a lacquer layer on the faceplate. Finally, the lacquer layer is dried.
