Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fog-resistant coated film having high hydrophilicity and high capacity for absorbing water, and retaining the high hydrophilicity over a long period, and to provide an optical member having the fog-resistant coated film, and a fog-resistant coating material for forming the fog-resistant coated film.
