    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the simple and low cost device being enabled to prevent the mixing of air and to recover a printing capability by a method wherein a mechanism, operating to feed the liquid of more than a predetermined amount into a reservoir when the amount of the liquid in the liquid reservoir connected to a liquid injection heat is less than the predetermined amount, is provided in this device. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the first liquid reservoir 101 receiving the principal capacity of ink, the second liqud reservoir 103 connected to the liquid reservoir 101 through a first communicating path 102, the liquid injection head 104 constituted integrally with the liquid reservoir 103 and a liquid receiving means 106 being connected to the second liquid reservoir 103 through the second communicating path 105. The liquid receiving means 106 has a suction mechanism and brings the inside of the second liquid reservoir 103 into an evacuated condition through the communicating path 105 by operating the suction mechanism thereof to feed the ink from the first liquid reservoir 101 into the second liquid reservoir 103. Consequently, the amount of the ink in the second liquid reservoir 103 may be maintained at the predetermined amount at all times by this suction mechanism.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the prevention of intake of air and the restoration of print as well as miniaturize a liquid injector by a method wherein the supply of a liquid into the inside of an injection head is possible after more than a fixed amount of the liquid has been supplied in case where the liquid inside a liquid trap leading to the liquid injection head is below a given amount. CONSTITUTION:When pushing the first liquid trap 101 from above, a liquid flows into the second liquid trap 106, but when the pushing action is great enough, the liquid is housed from a liquid outlet 118 into the liquid housing part 123 of a liquid housing means 106. At a time when a liquid supply port 108 inside the liquid trap 103 is immersed in incoming liquid, the suction mechanism of the liquid housing means 106 is operated to form a flow of the liquid in a liquid pathway inside the head 104 by sucking it through a liquid receiving means 110 jointed with a discharge orifice at the top of the liquid injection head 104. Thus, because no trouble with the intake of air in the head occurs, the restoration of print and the supply of the liquid into the liquid trap 103 and the head 104 is secured, and also the mechanism is not so complicated, the minaturization of the liquid injector and the reduction of cost can be attained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned device which does not suck the air into a recording head and assures recovery of printing by feeding ink into a recording head after filling ink above a prearranged quantitative level inside an ink reservior connected to a recording head. CONSTITUTION:If a piston 112 making up a liquid introduction means 106 is de- pressed, first a remaining air inside a liquid reservoir 103 is sucked and a liquid is injected into the liquid reservoir 103 from a liquid reservoir 101. The liquid is sucked in through a recording head 104 after the rear end of a feed channel 107 is immersed in the liquid, air entrainment into a liquid channel inside the recording head is prevented. In addition, the pressurization action of the piston 112 is repeated according to necessity. This action results in the rising of the liquid inside the liquid reservoir 103 upto a suction port 118. However, the liquid also will be sucked in through the suction port 118, so that the liquid level inside the liquid reservoir 103 is maintained upto the height of the suction port 118.
