SOLUTION: In an impact/vibration absorbing means for absorbing the impact or vibration to be applied to a copying machine (office equipment) 41 that has a plurality of castors 42 and adjustors 44, friction plates (sliding means) 3 that are fixed to the respective undersurfaces of castors 42 and each of which has a specified frictional coefficient are arranged between the base plates 2 fixed to the installation floor surface 49 of the copying machine 41 and the respective undersurfaces of the castors. Thus, since the energy out of impact/vibration energy that has not been absorbed by the conventional impact/vibration absorbing means can be absorbed by the sliding of the friction plates 3, when an earthquake occurs or excessive impact or vibration is applied, the violent fall of a copying machine 41 itself can be prevented, and the acceleration to be applied to the interior of the copying machine 41 is reduced for preventing the damage of the interior of the copying machine 41 and the coming- out of the inside units, so that the opening of doors or the like can be prevented.

In this constitution, of course, it is important that the width of the gear part 8a is preliminarily set so as to maintain the engagement with the motor gear 7a.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the quantity of original illuminating light which is guided to an image forming part as stable as possible by providing a luminous means which accumulates light energy from a light emitting means at the time of turning on the light emitting means and discharging the accumulated light energy at the time of turning off the light emitting means. CONSTITUTION:The lamp light emitting means 3 is a halogen lamp having a tungsten filament inside, and luminous paint(luminous means) 3a obtained by mixing luminous pigment and silicone based binder is applied all over the outer periphery of a glass tube. The light emitted from the means 3 illuminates an original 2 and reflected light therefrom is guided to the image forming part through a slit(optical means) S. While the means 3 is turned on, the light energy therefrom is accumulated in the luminous means 3a, and the energy accumulated in the means 3a is discharged when the means 3 is turned off. Therefore, the quantity of the original illuminating light guided to the image forming part is made nearly uniform. Thus, the quantity of the original illuminating light which is guided to the image forming part is made as stable as possible.

The primer layer 2b between the insulating rubber layer 2c on the arbor and the surface insulating layer 2a is formed of the low- resistance intermediate layer in such a manner, by which the surface potential of the pressurizing roller 2 is lowered without impairing the release property of the surface.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently supply a developer into a developing device with excellent workability without soiling a circumference by providing a holding means holding the developing device at developing and non-developing positions, and first and second developing/driving/input means which can individually and independently connect the driving system of the developing device at respective positions, on a main body side. CONSTITUTION:When a developing device setting mode is keyed in early in the setting of this device, a hot motor 6 is driven at high speed, toner T housed in a hopper 2 is carried by a screw 5 and supplied into the developing device 3 from an opening part 7a. On the other hand, when a sleeve 9 is rotated/driven at high speed, simultaneously, a stirring bar 8 is rotated/driven at high speed, and the toner T supplied into the developing device 3 is carried by the stirring bar 8. When the toner T is supplied to the developing device 3, a pressurizing cam 10 is driven, the developing device 3 is moved to a pressurizing position, and the rotational speed of the sleeve 9 and the stirring bar 8 is switched to the speed at the time of developing. Thus, the developer can be efficiently supplied into an empty developing device with the excellent workability without soiling the circumference, at the early stage of setting the device.
