Abstract: A description is given of a shutter for a single-lens reflex camera which measures the light reflected from the shutter surface or film surface or from both, and is characterised in that the shutter consists of a multiplicity of shutter blades, the parts of the shutter blades which overlap one another when the shutter blades cover the opening having a low reflection factor, whereas the reflection characteristic of the parts of the shutter blades which correspond to the opening differs from those having a low reflection characteristic, so that they can be used for light measurement.

Abstract: A description is given of an electromagnetic shutter release which is designed such that the shutter can be released by means of a small and relatively weak magnet, the shutter being held reliably in the cocked state by means of a first anchor element in order to prevent the shutter from being inadvertently released by a jolt or the like. At the instant of exposure, the first anchor element is released mechanically in a fashion corresponding to the release of the camera, in which case the shutter is held for a time by means of a second anchor element and then released electromagnetically.

Abstract: A process and a device for producing slats of a shutter blind are described. The slats are formed by first punching out from a thin metal-plated plastic strip of material by means of a first stage in a pressing operation, end parts of the slats remaining joined to other parts of the plastic material. Then they are coated with a coating material and are dried in this state. Then the connecting parts of the slats are cut out of the material by means of a second step in a pressing operation.
